Who owns the copyright to the portraits from my session?
Although you will be given the option to purchase reproducible digital image files, Missy Timko Photography owns the copyright to the images taken during your session. Missy Timko Photography also reserves the right to use and reproduce these images, including images of minor children, to promote the business, including but not limited to website portfolio, blog, social media, and marketing materials.
